Terminal ileum schistosomiasis with perianal fistula mimicking Crohn's disease

Schistosomiasis is a parasitic disease related to water contact in the agricultural fields, affecting millions of people in developing countries in tropical and subtropical parts of Africa, Asia, and South America.
